Ingredients

  • Basmati rice


  • Curru Sabdji:

    Carrot

    Cauliflower

    Zucchini

    Red pepper


  • Spices:

    Curry

    Turmeric

    Ginger

    Chili


  • Urad Dal Crocket:

    Urad dal (black lentils)

    Spices:

    Salt

    Asafetida

    Turmeric

    Cumin

    Chili

Preparation

Step 1


BASMATI RICE:

Cook the desired amount of basmati rice in twice the amount of water. Boil the water until it boils, then add the basmati rice and cook for 2 minutes. Cover and remove from heat.

Step 2


CURRY SABJI:

Ingredients:

Carrot

Cauliflower

Zucchini

Red pepper

Spices:

Curry

Turmeric

Ginger

Chili

Fry the spices in the oil (not too long so they don't burn), then add the carrot and the florets and saute, after a few minutes add the zucchini and bell pepper. Add salt and broth as desired and cook a little water until the vegetables are soft.

COCONUT CHUTNEY

Ingredients:

300 g of coconut flakes

1 tablespoon of sugar

1/2 lemon

A pinch of salt

Soak the coconut flakes overnight. Mix all the ingredients and blend in a blender.
