The main topic of the course is the awakening of the Kundalini Shakti (the spiritual power within the human being) and the conscious guidance of the Kundalini through the seven main cakras (the centres of this power).
The course consists of a theoretical part with lectures and a practical part in which the course participants learn yoga and various other exercises and are guided through intensive meditations.
The course provides an insight into the intensive spiritual practice that yogis and saints undergo in their search for God.
